It offers greater flexibility and applicability in the development of biosensors for prototype in laboratory or medical fields.
Our screen-printing production production line is equipped with a high-standard quality management system, ensuring that each disposable screen-printed flexible electrode manufactured by Zensor possesses outstanding electrochemical performance and a batch-to-batch variation of less than 5%. This means that the flexible electrodes developed by Zensor provide highly stable and reproducible results in different experimental.
The substrate material of the flexible disposable screen-printed electrode is polyimide (PI). PI has excellent biocompatibility, making it an ideal material for use in biosensors.
Polyimide has higher temperature stability than the PE and PC materials commonly used in screen printing electrodes.
Samples detected by biosensors are often complex in composition, which may contain proteins, sticky substances, etc., that are not easy to clean or can contaminate the electrode surface. Whether it is laboratory research or product development, the disposable electrode design can make every test more convenient and accurate.
Wearable biosensors need to adhere to the surface of the human body or animals and provide a comfortable and effortless wearing experience during long-term activities. They should also deliver real-time and accurate biological sensing signals. These electrodes are suitable for detecting sweat, secretions, and can be used in the development of non-invasive testing products.

This allows for easy access and continuous in-situ detection in narrow pipes and small spaces.
The flexible SPE electrodes can directly connect with the Zensor ECWP series - wireless electrochemical analyzers. In ECWP system, sensor can be connected to smartphones or computer through wireless technology. It will help to set single-channel or multi-channel experimental platforms and integrate electrode reactions, signal testing, data collection, transmission, and analysis conveniently .
